FAQ's

Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required upon making a booking. At least 24 hours notice is required to re-schedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of the deposit, sorry no refunds.

Arriving Late

Appointments cannot run late due to a busy schedule. Arriving late will shorten your treatment time, however the full booking charge will apply.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available. They are only valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. A gift voucher worth $100 or less must be used in a single session and cannot be split over several visits (even if the treatment booked is lower than $100).

Treat yourself I had the aromatherapy massage with an additional back scrub. It was the most relaxed I have been during a massage, with the back and head my favourite. All of the staff are attentive and friendly. If you are reading this review you must be considering some sort of beauty therapy, I say go on and treat yourself.

Best massage ever We booked a couples massage whilst staying in Broadbeach and were not disappointed. The quality of the massage was amazing - we both commented that this was as good a massage as we have ever had. The professionalism and service is great and they make you feel relaxed as soon as you enter the building. Will definitely be back when next on the Gold Coast.

What a lucky find! While staying in Broadbeach for business I felt the need for a bit of pampering. As a walk in customer I was made to feel so warmly welcome. The facial treatment was totally indulgent & to top it off Lee even stayed behind after closing time to do my brows as well! Thank you ladies, if I lived nearby I’d be back real soon! I visit Broadbeach every year & one of the first things I do is book a full body massage with Lee . Lee is so professional & knows exactly where all my knots & tight spots are , I always walk out feeling amazing . Honestly the absolute best massage I have had . Do your body a favour & book in with Lee for a massage you won’t regret it .

I have been seeing Lee for over a year for eyebrow shape. My right eyebrow has less hair & some bald patches compared to my left eyebrow. With Lee's expertise, over time she has threaded & shaped my eyebrows so when they grew, they grew in the right way to cover some of the bald patches. I did try another place, but they just ruined my eyebrows. Lee understands how the eyebrow hair grows & how to shape them properly to suit your face. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Lee. I have been going to Lotus Beauty Lounge for about 10 years. I get my eyebrows threaded regularly and often use the other services. Today, I got a 1 hour massage (and my eyebrows done too) and I left feeling a million bucks. 🙌❤️ I truly can't recommend Lee enough. My whole family go to the beauty lounge. Lee is such a lovely person, great business woman and she always hires awesome people to work with her. Which means no matter who is doing your massage or facial etc, it will be an amazing professional. Today, I had Zuzana do my massage and honestly it was one of the best full body massages I have ever had. Thank you Lee for always nailing my eyebrows too! 🙌

Absolutely beautiful!! Lee was Amazing. I booked at last minute whilst on holidays on Gold Coast! It was hands down best facial I've had, including the multiple I've experienced in Thailand. Highly recommend 😊
